My Grandfather passed away, Navigating the holidays & Looking back at 2022

My Grandfather recently passed away and I've been dealing with some mixed feelings. Add that into the mix of usual holiday chaos. In this podcast, we recognize the many unique ways the holidays can be celebrated and how to better care for ourselves during a stressful time for many.
